My stay at Hyatt Place was fantastic! The location is perfect, being just a short walk from the metro station. The room was modern and comfortable, providing an excellent work environment. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally nice and readily available to assist with any requests. I also appreciated the fresh and plentiful breakfast options, which included a variety of pastries and organic juices.

I loved my stay! The modern design of my King Room with Sofa Bed was so inviting, with ample space to relax and unwind. Plus, the hotel's prime location just a short walk from the metro made exploring the city a breeze!

Family's luxury getaway with unexpected challenges

We had the pleasure of staying in a room with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa. The breakfast was a highlight, fresh waffles and strong coffee that hit the spot during the difficult time we were experiencing. The staff was super accommodating, especially when we needed extra towels after a long day, they came through immediately, which helped.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but what we got was still acceptable for the service provided.

Clean room and great access, but shower pressure was disappointing.

We loved the large and comfortable room with a sofa, perfect for our family and our pets. The morning breakfast was generous with healthy options and the staff was always welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

In my kids’ opinion, they would have loved more outdoor play areas for fun activities.

Really liked the comfy room and the cool decor. The location was super convenient too! Staff was friendly and helped us out a lot. Only bummer was the breakfast – those eggs were kinda sad and not fresh. Plus, the fruit wasn’t appealing at all. Would've liked a better start to the day.

I had a pleasant 4-night stay with a super clean and quiet room where the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was nice, though they did run out of fruit on two mornings, and Brian at the front desk was truly professional and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again!
